Echo World 回声世界
Since I encountered this phrase “echos-monde” coined by Édouard Glissant three years ago it has been on my mind, I do not understand it yet deeply I feel like I do: “echo” is responsive, “world” is sovereignty, “echo-world” is all my works have been and all they want to do — to be communicative yet self-enclosed at the same time. Made a mini zine to enshrine and animate this ongoing project of (mis)understanding, translating and vibing with Glissant’s language.
