Invited by Hu Qindi 胡沁迪, Yuchen wrote down 6 remembrances about drinking: 1. drinking beer with her father for the first time (Beijing) 2. drinking dark beer for the first time and sat on the ground without noticing (Chicago) 3. six wine glasses Yuchen broke and mourned in the past years (Everywhere) 4. working as a waitress at OHA eatery where Yuchen mastered the art of pouring (Shanghai) 5. sipping cans of sparkling wine with straws under masks in the early days of pandemic (Brooklyn) 6. a cocktail Yuchen learned from a friend that involves whisky, Japanese salted plum, seltzer water and ice (Queens).
